We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Data Analyst to join us on a permanent basis, where you will play a key role in supporting brands and Mitchells and Butlers as a whole in achieving its commercial goals and objectives in a time of exciting and rapid change, where digital data is central to our growth strategy.
In this varied and challenging role, you will support the brands and overall MAB portfolio in achieving its commercial goals and objectives. Alongside this, you will be supporting the Data Analytics Manager in delivering the Data Analytics strategy by generating key insights, monitoring performance and effectiveness of our digital activity, enabling optimisation and driving further efficiencies.
You will also work closely with the Customer Marketing Team and Brand Marketing Managers to provide reporting, customer analytics and insight, and also provide support in the management of the customer data warehouse in addition to any new upcoming projects which transform our data landscape.
As Digital Data Analyst, you will report into our Data & Analytics Manager in an Office Flexible role, being based at our vibrant head office in Birmingham City Centre. Joining a focused and innovative wider Operational CRM Digital Marketing team, working at the home of hospitality (our head office), you may not be serving our guests, but your support will put smiles on our guests and teams faces. This is the place where we get creative, train our teams and crunch our numbers. We’re all about having fun and creating moments to remember across the nation, our head office is no different.
