Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented admirative assistant to support our Human Resources Department. This role will work directly under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager and is integral to maintaining efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling disciplinary documentation, scheduling, preparing reports, coordinating interviews, and managing service calls, among other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting and processing disciplinary actions.

  • Manage employee schedules and maintain scheduling systems.

  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed.

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.

  • Coordinate and follow up on service calls and requests.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and General Manager.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
