Now Hiring: HR/Shift Manager at McDonald's

Location: 166-01 Baisley Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434
Pay: $17/hour
$250 Bonus after 90-Day Probation Period!

We’re looking for an experienced HR/Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald’s. If you’re a motivated leader with prior experience in HR or shift management, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and support daily shift operations
  • Manage employee schedules and time-off requests, regular schedules, consent forms and more.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Ensure all shifts meet McDonald’s high standards for service and quality

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a shift management or HR role (required)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and basic HR policies is a plus
