We are seeking an experienced Certified Swing Manager to lead overnight operations in a high-volume McDonald’s restaurant. This role is responsible for managing shift execution, ensuring food safety and brand standards, leading crew performance, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment during late-night hours.

The ideal candidate has prior fast-food or QSR management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate independently during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management

• Lead and execute assigned shifts, ensuring smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain speed of service, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with McDonald’s brand standards and procedures

Team Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and support crew members during shift
• Delegate tasks and ensure proper station coverage
• Address and de-escalate employee or customer concerns professionally

Food Safety & Compliance

• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Conduct travel paths and shift checks
• Ensure compliance with NYC and company policies (including scheduling practices)

Cash & Security

• Perform cash handling, safe counts, and register accountability
• Ensure restaurant safety and security procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain a secure environment during overnight operations

Staffing & Shift Execution

• Manage labor and staffing levels based on business needs
• Adjust positioning and breaks as needed during shift
• Ensure proper clock-ins, breaks, and shift documentation

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Swing Manager (McDonald’s certification preferred)
• Minimum 1+ year of restaurant or fast-food leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight shifts
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous McDonald’s experience strongly preferred
• Experience in high-volume operations
