The Alexandra is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team! (Live in option available.)
With over 150 years of serving some of London’s finest beer, The Alexandra in Clapham has been built on a reputation as one of the premier drinking holes to watch your favourite sport. Recently refurbished, you can now also enjoy a game or two of Darts combined with delicious pizza and classic cocktails at The Darts Club Clapham.
As an Assistant Manager you’ll work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager’s away. You’ve already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we’re keen to know what you’ve learnt.
But it’s more than that.
We’re much more interested in who you are and what you’re really like. What are you like to work with? How do you rally a team? Are you calm when things don’t go to plan? What makes you laugh? We want to get to know you and your way of doing things. And find out how you can bring them to Alexandra as an Assistant Manager.
