The Maggiore Group is searching for an experienced Mixologist to lead the cocktail experience at one of our award-winning restaurants.

This is a unique opportunity where you will still work behind the bar AND shape the beverage identity of the restaurant brand, create unforgettable cocktail programs, help to develop a talented bar team, and have a direct impact on profitability, guest experience, and company growth. This is a salaried position, but you will still be able to earn tips whenever you bartend – the best of both worlds!

What You'll Do

• Design innovative seasonal cocktail menus and signature beverage programs.
• Create recipes, specifications, and standardized operating procedures.
• Develop bar training manuals, checklists, and educational materials.
• Train bar teams to execute every cocktail with consistency and precision.
• Analyze and control beverage COGS, pricing, inventory, and pour costs.
• Establish purchasing standards, spirit selections, and par levels.
• Evaluate bar layouts and workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and guest experience.
• Ensure every beverage meets company standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Work alongside Operations leadership to continuously improve beverage performance.
• Develop systems that reduce waste while elevating quality.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, organization, and operational excellence.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences each and every time you’re behind the bar

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a professional bartender
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and beverage cost controls
• Experience developing successful training programs
• Thorough understanding of restaurant safety and sanitation
• ServSafe Certification & Food Handler Card
• Experience with inventory systems and COGS management
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to create unique, elevated cocktail programs
