The hotel has an opportunity available for a Restaurant Supervisor.

Your duties will include:

  • As Food and Beverage Supervisor  you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day supervision of the restaurant operation and breakfast service.
  • To deliver an outstanding welcoming experience to our guests.
  • The responsibilities of the role will also be training our energetic team of waiters on our order of service and breakfast menu.
  • Always ensure high standard of cleanliness in food and beverage areas
  • Handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, following hotel and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
  • Has previous experience working in a 5-star or similar focused restaurant or hotel
  • Is approachable and has the desire to challenge themselves within a professional team
  • Has strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and delegating skills

If you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a supervisory role as Head Waiter looking for the next step up.
  • Organising and reporting


Your hours of work:
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week. Working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
