Miss Lily's, a popular Caribbean restaurant with two locations in NYC, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Floor Manager to join our team! This individual is responsible for not only maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor, but also enforcing company standards, managing employee conduct, and maintaining a fun, collaborative dining experience for all.
Our ideal candidate has New York City FOH restaurant management experience, ideally in an energetic, fast-paced environment; experience in a multi-unit property is a PLUS. We are looking for individuals who possess a combination of precise dining room service skills, a critical eye for detail, and the genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike.
• Highly energetic, positive attitudes, integrity and confidence A MUST!
• Must have 1-3 years management experience. . . NYC a plus!
• Must have NYC DOH certificate for food safety
• Must be able to close restaurant
• Must be available to work on holidays and have open availability
• Experience with MS Office, POS Systems (Breadcrumb), Table/Reservation Management Systems (Resy)
