Supervisor

We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and would like the support to be trained and guided through a career with Youngs, supporting you along the way.

The job does entail working evenings and weekends and contracted hours would be 30-40/week depending on what the right candidate is looking for.

 The Mitre, Shaftesbury is a beautiful country pub set on the high street near the wonderful Gold Hill. It is a 'Best of British' pub serving the very best seasonal fresh produce as well as some fantastic ales & fine wines, all served with a fabulous view of The Blackmore Vale.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
