As a customer service representative, you will be..
* Providing one-on-one customer service over the phone and through email
* Responding promptly to inquiries
* Assisting customers in placing or altering their orders
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and friendly manner
* Working with a small team of talented individuals to help grow our systems and create a better experience for our customers

The ideal candidate will have..
* Prior experience in customer service or at a call center
* A calm and pleasant phone demeanor is a must, you will need to keep a cool head under pressure!
* An enthusiasm for working with people
* Superior organizational skills and the ability to turn chaos into order
* Comfort working independently in a busy and sometimes high pressure environment
* Weekend availability
* A love of all things sweet and salty…

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking, Highly comfortable with WINDOWS SYSTEMS & Excel, GMail
