Overview
Montcalm Collection are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the UK. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that our submissions are compelling, accurate, and timely and well as researching and identify potential clients or customers for the collection products. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
As part of Montcalm Collection, you will help to shape the Montcalm Collection’s next chapter and showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of customer care and service.

Key Responsibilities
· Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals, leading and guiding the work for the RFPs.
· Analyse RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs to create proposal outlines and development plans in collaboration with the sales team.
· Research and gather information to include corporate company information using tools such as Agency 360 and Opera.
· Collect all rate information and send responses to clients in a timely fashion.
· Serve as the point of contact for all renegotiations for all hotels and send renegotiation responses to clients.
· Respond to all RFP queries from hotels and clients
· Check clients’ terms and conditions against hotel submissions and ensure adherence to internal deadlines.
· Monitor and collate hotel completions and rate audits, maintaining organized spreadsheets.
· Create unsolicited lists and encourage hotel participation to drive RFP growth.
· Complete rate loading forms accurately.
· Collect data and keep property profiles up to date on Lanyon.
Required Skills
· Proven experience in Sales coordination, proposal writing, or a similar role
· Proven experience in hotel industry is preferable
· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with Opera and proposal management software.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
