Overview
Montcalm Collection is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team in the hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a strong accounting background who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally responsible for generating bills and collect all revenue owed to the hotel in an accurate, timely manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures. Also assist the finance manager in directing the financial activities of the hotel.

Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
· Prior experience in accounts assistant is preferred.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours.
