Role Purpose
The Head of People & Culture is a critical leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering Montcalm Collection’s people strategy while ensuring operational and financial efficiency. This role balances the cultural stewardship of our brand with the commercial responsibility of managing HR budgets, payroll, workforce planning, and HR KPIs.
You will also act as a guardian of Montcalm’s employer brand and reputation, ensuring the Collection is recognised internally and externally as a leading employer in luxury hospitality.
