Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent across the Montcalm Collection’s hotels. Working closely with the Cluster HR Manager and the Head of People & Culture, the role ensures that recruitment activities align with Montcalm’s luxury standards and people-first philosophy.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Executive manages the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and candidate engagement to onboarding and induction—while supporting broader HR initiatives related to employer branding, workforce planning, and employee experience. The role champions innovative recruitment practices that help us identify and nurture top-tier hospitality talent who embody Montcalm’s values of excellence, authenticity, and inclusivity.
