Overview
The Digital Artworker is an exceptional design professional responsible for creating and editing original artwork across digital and print channels for Montcalm Collection. The role supports all areas of the business with creative design needs, ensuring all assets are consistent with brand guidelines and aligned with promotional requirements. The successful candidate will manage campaigns, collateral, and creative projects, ensuring visual storytelling is engaging, high-quality, and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
·Produce campaign collateral and marketing assets across Montcalm Collection hotels.
·Develop and maintain on-brand assets in multiple formats for digital and print.
·Manage and expand a brand media library with support from Marketing Coordinator.
·Proof and approve creative media before release and check print proofs.
·Support sales and events teams with collateral for trade shows and special events.
·Maintain flexibility to attend client-facing events and occasional out-of-hours responsibilities.
·Design templated artwork for wider team usage.
·Recommend updates and refreshes to creative libraries as required.
·Work within company policies and contribute to social and environmental objectives.
·Attend company-wide events, including staff conferences, AGM, and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications
·Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality or luxury sectors.
·Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
·Proven ability to create high-quality, original visual assets.
·Strong typographic and design skills with attention to detail.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently.
·Experience with WordPress and digital marketing (desirable but not essential).
·Knowledge of Excel and analytical tools.
Working Condition
·Full-time role, based across Montcalm Collection hotels and central offices in London.
·Office-based with flexible working to meet campaign deadlines and business priorities
·Regular interaction with operational teams, partners, and media.
