Events and partnership activations
• Support planning and on-site delivery of events across the collection, including guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, run of show, signage, collateral, supplier coordination and post-event follow up.
• Act as a marketing liaison on event days, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and hotel operations.
• Support partnership activations from set up to execution, ensuring agreed deliverables are met, brand standards are upheld, and outputs are captured for reporting.

Media stays, showarounds and hosted visits
• Coordinate marketing and experience logistics for media stays and hosted partner visits, working closely with PR, operations and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Prepare briefing notes, itineraries, welcome letters and on-property touchpoints for hosted guests.
• Attend and support media and partner showarounds where required, capturing follow-up actions and ensuring timely completion.
• Track outcomes from hosted activity, including content, coverage, usage permissions (where applicable), and learnings for future stays.

CRM, databases and asset management
• Support the maintenance of marketing databases through CRM systems, including list hygiene and basic segmentation support where relevant.
• Maintain shared folders, asset libraries and photography archives, ensuring correct version control and easy access for teams.
• Assist with the organisation of image requests and content shoots, including shot lists, schedules and distribution of final assets.

Performance tracking and reporting
• Track and summarise campaign performance across key channels, reporting on agreed metrics and supporting the Cluster Marketing Manager with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain marketing trackers, timelines and content calendars to support visibility and delivery discipline.
