Overview
Montcalm Collection is looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the smooth running of maintenance and project activities across our hotel portfolio. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact between hotel teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring repair works, compliance tasks, and scheduled services are completed on time and to a high standard.
You will assist with coordinating small to medium projects, manage procurement needs, track progress, prepare updates, and help maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
The selected candidate will be working from the hotel's head office and will be required to travel to different hotel locations in London as needed.
The role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours.
