·Plan, execute, and monitor partnership programmes and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
·Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
·Identify and cultivate new partnerships that deliver revenue, awareness, or strategic benefits.
·Negotiate barter agreements and partnership deals with internal and external stakeholders.
·Organise, promote, and attend partnership launch events, representing Montcalm Collection.
·Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies and campaigns.
·Produce engaging content to support partnerships, including copywriting for announcements, events, and blogs.
·Analyse consumer behaviour and campaign performance, adjusting strategies accordingly.
·Recommend innovative partnership marketing strategies to grow hotel visibility and brand profile.
·Report on partnership performance and align initiatives with wider business objectives.
·Comply with company policies and support social and environmental objectives.
·Participate in company-wide events including staff conferences, AGM, and training.

Skills & Qualifications·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
·Minimum 3 years of experience in Partnerships and Marketing, ideally within hospitality.
·Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
·Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Creativity in generating partnership ideas and content.
·Experience in copywriting and marketing content creation.
·Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
·Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working autonomously.
·Experience managing employees is desirable.
·Knowledge of project management principles (advantageous).
·Basic website content and design knowledge is desirable.
·Strong knowledge of Excel and analytical tools.
Working Condition·Full-time role based across Montcalm Collection hotels and central offices in London.
·Office-based with flexibility to meet campaign deadlines and business priorities.
·Regular interaction with operational teams, partners, and media.
·Occasional out-of-hours responsibilities, including hosting events and client entertainment.Eligibility
