Montesacro Soma

The story of Montesacro: hardscrabble working-class quarter, Montesacro is the name of a neighborhood in Rome, where founder Gianluca Legrottaglie was born. We pay homage to the people, and their beautiful culinary traditions. We take inspiration from the classic "fraschette" of Lazio, old taverns where they only served the famous wine of the region, usually poured straight from the barrel, and patrons sat down on benches along long wooden tables.<br><br>Montesacro was the first pinsaria in the United States.
