Mortons is a refreshing bar and restaurant in Solihull cleverly designed to incorporate relaxed drinking and dining in one light and welcoming space. You can even dine alfresco on the tree-shaded terrace - all day every day.
Located at Dickens Heath, Solihull, our doors are open from 9am so that customers can start the day with a delicious latte or energizing espresso, then move on to our famous brunch. Available till noon, our brunch menu offers a range of mouth-watering breakfasts such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or a traditional Mortons fry up. Moving on to lunch, we serve our A La Carte Menu 12-6pm, and evening menu from 6pm, along side daily specials chosen in house.

This role is suitable for an experienced CDP looking to move into their first Sous Chef role, or current Junior Sous looking to develop their career.

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.

• Take pride in every successful service.
•  A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
