At Moxy, our Guest Service Agents do it all — from welcoming guests at reception to mixing drinks behind the bar. You’ll be the friendly face guests remember, keeping the lobby buzzing with good vibes and great service. No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out

• Serve drinks and snacks at the bar with style and confidence

• Keep the lobby lively, welcoming, and on-brand

• Handle guest queries with a smile and a can-do attitude

• Support your teammates and make sure every shift runs smoothly

• Previous experience in hospitality or bar service (ideally both)

• A people person with plenty of personality and passion

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience is a bonus — but the right attitude matters most
