Bar Manager
Description
We are looking for a Bar Manager to join one of our award-winning concepts, known for its exquisitely crafted cocktails, rare spirits and fine wines. This unique concept requires a creative soul and a passion for theatrics and experience.
The venue is wet-led but do also provide some food serving.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years experience working as a Bar Manager
- Strong understanding of stock control, controlling wastage and orders
- Previous experience working with creative cocktails and high volume cocktail bars
- Ability to train and develop team members
- A strong understanding of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Passion for hospitality creating a great working environment for team members and guests
- Experience managing teams of 15
- A fun-loving personality that can be firm when need be
