JOB SUMMARY:
In this position, the Chief Operations Officer will oversee all the operations of the casino during their shift.

· Supervises the day-to-day operations of the casino.
· Assists employees with any issues they may have or direct them to the person or department that can assist them.
· Communicates with all departments and management to ensure all issues are taken care of by the appropriate person.
· Complete schedules, payroll and evaluations.
· Ensures that the necessary supplies are provided to the department for proper service.
· Prepares budgets for the departments.
· Carries out all supervisory responsibilities in a timely, fair, and objective manner.

Education and/or Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of casino operations experience required.
• General knowledge of all departments within a casino.
• Knowledgeable of the I.C.M.P.’s set by the Division of Gaming.
• Collage Degree preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively to all employees and customers both verbal and written.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Reasoning Ability: Must be able to handle and solve customer disputes and issues properly to ensure the best customer service is given.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain valid State of Colorado Gaming License and Colorado Key License.
