We’re looking for a Sous Chef for the Mulberry bush, a short walk from Waterloo Station. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to produce our menu which changes throughout the year, so you’ll get experience working with a diverse range of ingredients. We’re looking for a Sous Chef to support Head Chef Pawel in menu creation, developing the team and managing the kitchen. Our pub is recently refurbished, and our menu reflects our style of modern meeting tradition – elevated pub classics made from fresh ingredients, sharing boards and daily specials including our Catch of the Day.
