£12.71 per hour to £13.45 with boost + share of hotel tips
Permanent | 40 hours per week | Morning, evening & weekend shifts

What you’ll be doing

• Keeping the kitchen running — maintaining a spotless, safe and organised workspace
• Dishwashing & equipment care — ensuring chefs always have what they need
• Deep cleaning — fridges, floors, surfaces and appliances
• Basic food prep — chopping, peeling and prepping ingredients
• Waste management — keeping the kitchen efficient and safe
• Safe chemical use
• Reporting issues quickly and clearly
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What we’re looking for

• A strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude
• Reliability and pride in doing things well
• Organisation skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Team spirit and great communication
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train you
