What you’ll be doing
You will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing arcade and amusement machines. We are seeking an experienced Amusement Arcade Engineer with a passion for not only maintaining our current equipment but also driving the growth and expansion of arcade expertise within the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the arcade industry and excited to help shape the future of our business.
The role
· perform routine preventative maintenance on arcade and amusement machines to ensure optimal functionality, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of equipment
· Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
· Proficient in managing spare parts, including ordering and installation when required.
· Accurately document work performed, including repairs, parts used, and any other relevant details.
· Assist in the development of venue team, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to ensure consistent maintenance standards across the company.
· Maintain clear and effective communication with the wider team, reporting any issues or updates as needed.
· Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Essential
· A positive attitude and approach to the role.
· Have at least 3 years’ experience as an Amusements Arcade Engineer
· Clear communicator
· Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills
· Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable
· Multi site experience
· Electrical Engineering Certificate
· Travel nationwide when required
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holiday when required
· Multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support & site teams to include phone, email and Teams
· On call rota weekends & Bank holidays
· A Company Van will be provided
