Led by Culinary Director Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master, NIJŪ is driven by excellence in hospitality, culture, and guest connection.
As General Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance of NIJŪ, with the support of head office behind you. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who loves hospitality, believes in empowering teams, and leads by example. You will be trusted to run the business as your own — nurturing talent, driving standards, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.
