We are a family-oriented and expanding network of Dunkin’ locations and other acquired businesses, currently operating 26 stores. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dependable and driven HR professional to help us support our amazing team members.

Competitive pay: $20–$30 per hour based on experience

Someone with 2–5 years of HR experience
Strong understanding of HR laws, practices, and compliance
A great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/payroll platforms a plus
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus
A team player ready to support our store teams and help us grow!
Supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles
Administering employee benefits and leave policies (FMLA, personal leaves, etc.)
Coordinating orientations and assisting with training initiatives
Handling employee relations issues and internal investigations
Keeping employee records up-to-date and compliant
Helping with timekeeping and payroll processes
Supporting newly acquired businesses in adopting HR practices
Partnering with leadership on staffing, engagement, and performance efforts
Assisting with compliance for local, state, and federal labor regulations
