The Park Supervisor will support the Park Management Team with keyholder responsibilities and the day-to-day operation of Oxygen Nottingham. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the park during peak trading periods, weekends, school holidays and events.

You will lead by example on shift, driving standards across the courts, café, reception and party operation, whilst creating a safe, energetic and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

As a Supervisor, you will champion the Oxygen ActivePlay values through pride, passion, teamwork and WOW guest experiences. You will be reliable, proactive and solutions-focused, always looking for ways to improve performance, standards and service delivery.

You will play a key role in ensuring the park remains safe, clean, compliant and commercially focused at all times. Responsibilities will include opening and closing the park, supporting daily operational decisions, managing team deployment, overseeing guest flow, ensuring health & safety compliance, and supporting the delivery of key KPIs including guest experience, labour control, parties and café performance.

You will support in coaching and developing team members, helping build a positive culture and high-performing team. You will also identify training and development needs and escalate these to the management team where appropriate.

The Park Supervisor role is critical to the success of Oxygen Nottingham. You will supervise both people and procedures across all operational departments, acting as a role model for standards, accountability and guest interaction. You will be expected to remain calm under pressure, lead from the front during busy trading periods, and consistently deliver the RedKangaroo experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the park during operational shifts
  • Act as a keyholder, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead and support the team during peak trading periods, events and school holidays
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across the park
  • Support the management of labour deployment and team positioning
  • Coach and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures and operational standards are followed
  • Support party operations and café performance during busy periods
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Support management with compliance checks, operational routines and shift reporting
  • Deliver strong operational awareness and decision making during live trading
