Casual Front of House Team Needed for Flexible Work across Oxford

Do you want to work at the most amazing venues? Are you friendly, confident and customer focused? Here at Off to Work we’re looking for Front of House Hospitality team members- including waiting staff, bartenders and baristas- to work at the most exclusive events and venues in the city.

Who are we and what do we offer

Here at Off to Work, we enable amazing experiences for our team by offering regular AND flexible shifts across Oxford. We have a pretty awesome client list, and a fantastic online booking system, meaning that you can choose where and when you want to work!

Our shifts are typically long shifts with early starts or late finishes - meaning you can reap the rewards, watch your bank balance stack up and avoid traveling in rush hour. You will be part of the action and provide the highest level of service for some very important guests! This may be a 3 course fine dining meal; wedding reception or maybe a private lunch! Be an ambassador for a venue and show off your amazing personality.

Whether you are a hospitality pro itching to get back or new to the field, we’d love to hear from you! No experience necessary as full training is provided.
