Old Swan & Minster Mill

The newly developed Minster Mill and Garden Spa opened March 2019, following an exciting and extensive re-development project, which includes a 48 cover restaurant aspiring to three rosette's, a lounge bar and banqueting for up to 100 covers in the largest event room, with 4 separate events spaces. The kitchen is headed up by Tom Moody, Masterchef 'the Professionals' Semi-Finalist 2017, with a view to develop a passionate team and quality offering. <br><br>Our sister property, the Old Swan is a classic country Inn that offers a relaxed but bustling environment and great food, housing 16 bedrooms above, and is just over the road.
