Osteria Morini, first opened in NYC’s Soho neighborhood, is excited to bring the soulful cuisine and convivial spirit of Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy to Roosevelt Field this Fall. This 5th, and newest Osteria Morini location, is now hiring, and selectively looking for front of house managers who have an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrive in an environment that demands excellence in every dimension.

We are looking for candidates with either solid prior experience in front of house management or a strong service background, with an eagerness to step up to the management position. The candidate needs to be highly motivated and effective at working in a fast-paced team environment and have a proven successful track record.

Responsibilities include:
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Lead management team through directives and goals
- Training, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Deliver superior service and maximize client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively across all facets and departments
- Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and client retention
- Respond efficiently and accurately to client issues
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Strong background in high volume, fine dining and knowledge of service standards
- A strong passion for food, wine, and warm hospitality
- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
- Ability to multitask and plan ahead
- Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to the brand success
