Osteria Morini, first opened in NYC’s Soho neighborhood, is excited to bring the soulful cuisine and convivial spirit of Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy to Roosevelt Field this Fall. This 5th, and newest Osteria Morini location, is now hiring, and selectively looking for professional Servers who are interested in working in a high quality and high volume environment. We are looking for staff who have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee the dining experience of each guest
- Engage with guests to create an exceptional and memorable experience
- Work as a team player to meet the demands of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Prior serving experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- Considerable base knowledge of beer and wine
- Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality
- Must have Open Availability and Flexible Schedule
