Sous Chef – Up to £21/hour OTE


Sous Chef – Up to £21/hour OTE ( 16 per hour plus great tronc)

We’re looking for experienced Sous Chefs for our destination food-lead business, The Onslow Arms in West Clandon.   You’ll be working with fresh seasonal ingredients to create fantastic plates of food, assisting our Head Chef in running all aspects of the kitchen and deputising for him in his absence.  We have a fantastic following for our elevated country dining inspired by the countryside around us, and so if you like a fast paced environment then this is the kitchen for you.   If you’re interested in progressing to head chef, we can help with that, and have access to training programmes and apprenticeships as well as in house development.
