Assistant Manager 

We're looking for someone with a background in service excellence to join our young, funky team here at Shoreditch's finest 5-Star dive bar.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast paced, drink-led environment. They must have at least 1 years experience dealing with finances and licensing. Ability to see the big picture, attention to detail, problem solving and multi-tasking are all key skills.

We are a stand and deliver, fast-paced, high-volume venue, so we're looking for someone who can bring the party, while ensuring service standards, customer satisfaction and licensing requirements are adhered to.

As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
