Your role is all about engagement. You’ll lead age‑appropriate games, songs, activities and mini‑events that spark joy, encourage movement and support early development. This includes supporting SEN-friendly sessions, ensuring every child feels included and has a positive experience with Oxygen.

Toddler interaction experience is required, this can be previous experience working in a nursery of being a parent.
