What we look for in a Sous Chef:

We are looking for an existing Sous Chef, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Sous Chef you will:

• Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
• Have high standards and a great work ethic
• Have at least 2 years experience as a grill chef, cooking with confidence in producing amazing food.
• Working alongside Head chef and senior Sous chef; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
