Wanting to learn how to bake in a production type setting? Panera is looking to train team member bakers to add to our team!

We provide 2-3 weeks of hands on PAID training with one of our veteran bakers where you will learn how to operate a commercial oven, larger scale proof box, deck ovens, how to handle fresh dough, and so much more!! After training you will be part of a baker team that is not only welcoming and supportive, but work in a role that has room for growth!!

Panera provides a strong leadership team that listens and works beside you as you receive great hands-on training in cashiering, production, and all front of house roles. We offer a healthy work life balance with opportunities to move up into our cafes!
