The Liberation Group in Jersey & Guernsey are recruiting!
Have you ever dreamed of escaping the traffic, smog and rat race? Ever dreamed of sun kissed beaches, beautiful countryside and working for an award winning business? Fancy a role working in beautiful Jersey or Guernsey in the Channel Islands? Well, here at Liberation Group, we have just the thing for you!
Our stunning premium pubs and Inns in both Jersey and Guernsey are looking to speak with General Managers, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Assistant Managers to come and join our teams over in the Channel Islands and we would love to meet you! If you have experience of working in any of the above roles in the hospitality industry and fancy a move to Jersey or Guernsey, this could be a career defining opportunity!
The job will include accommodation, industry leading development and the chance to work for the BEST MANAGED PUB COMPANY for 2021 (National Publican Awards), a competitive salary, an island 'Buddy' who will help you settle in to island life. We can also provide a relocation allowance.
We will be holding a Recruitment event at The Pavilion Arms in Bournemouth, Dorset where we would love to meet and speak with talented hospitality experts.
There will be prizes available for completing a successful interview with us including:
- A FREE trip to Jersey including flights for 2 people, 2 nights in our glorious Old Court House site in St Aubin - perfect for exploring the island and eating some of the best food on the island and dinner for 2 people thrown in for good measure!
- A private dining experience in one of our UK pubs.
- Cases of beer.
- A free pint or coffee on the day!
- T-Shirts, hoodies and much more.
- A nights stay in one of our beautiful UK pubs.
To qualify for our prize drawer, you will need to apply for a slot a the open day, be invited to attend and then complete a successful interview with one of our friendly team. A successful interview means you complete the initial screening interview with one of our team. To do this, you MUST have experience of working in the hospitality industry and /or be a talented chef/manager. Please do not attend if you do not have any experience of working in the hospitality industry.
Upon completion of a successful first interview, you will then be invited to meet with one of our senior managers on the same day and if this goes well, be invited to come and visit us in Jersey for a further, final interview.
