WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

 

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will serve as our bakery café marketing expert for the Paris Baguette brand that aligns both Corporate and Franchisee cafes with our Mission, Vision and Brand Values.

This candidate will serve as the liaison between Paris Baguette and all Cafes with regards to all Brand Marketing, Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives and new store opening support.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work in collaboration with New Store Development team to ensure each new café owner successfully executes their new store opening to meet or exceed company set guidelines.
  • Educate and ensure timely and flawless execution of all aspects of the new café opening marketing plan, including local marketing kick-off, participation in countdown calls and assistance with any other new café opening marketing tasks as needed.
  • Build genuine connections with all café management (including owners) through timely and consistent follow up.
  • Needs to create an environment of authentic listening, while providing clear direction on how to address the business issues and solve for gaps, while helping to grow and protect the PB brand.
  • Closely partner with Café Operations teams (Director of Operations, District Managers, Franchise District Manager, General Managers) to develop and evaluate local store marketing programs.
  • to identify underperforming cafes and help develop specific marketing plans and programs that can be customized and implemented to improve results.
  • Work with outside agencies to drive local marketing initiatives while adhering to budgets.
  • Ensure paid media and local media efforts are aligned and integrated.
  • Supporting with Love Baked In, Giveback program.
  • Be able to provide relevant analytics and reporting on marketing initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

 

  • 3-5 years progressive experience in Marketing.
  • Marketing experience in Retail required, Food and Beverage experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe CS (preferably, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other graphics-related software.
  • Proficient in all social media platforms.
  • Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style.
  • Excellent judgement and decision making skills.
  • Passion for people!  Dynamic and engaged team member who has a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating & developing others.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment.
