ABOUT THIS HOSPITALITY BUSINESS:
Owned by a young couple born and raised in hospitality, this restaurant​ is a perfect mix between Italian Taverna & French Brasserie. A small cozy staff feels like a family in an upscale environment with true values and great cuisine.
2 days off a week guaranteed, no closing shifts = Great schedule!
SALARY OFFERED:
Competitive

HEALTH INSURANCE:
50% after 3 months
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? SKILLSET & BACKGROUND YOU SHOULD HAVE:
-Background in Italian and French Cuisine
-Able to be a great leader into the liaison between BOH and FOH
-Great with P&L
-Able to retain and train new staff
-Pro/Familiar with Open Table and Catering services
