A Day in The Life

A typical day at Pincho will always be exciting and never dull! You'll wear many different hats, but your primary responsibility is to give our customers and employees an incredible experience. 


The District Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and handle day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to improve the guest experience and instill a culture of positivity and growth within their teams. You are expected to develop and mentor a bench of future leaders, support growth initiatives within the brand. You lead the restaurants to strong financial performance in revenue growth and cost controls. The District Manager Provides strategic vision, oversees the restaurant leadership team, and provides guidance to General Managers to achieve short and long-term company objectives.


Our District Managers are empowered to own the direction and performance of their locations. We have rapid growth occurring in the market. We have partnered with Savory Restaurant Fund, which brings access to almost unlimited capital and a team of industry experts.
