PINCHO isn’t your average restaurant. We’re a Miami-born, Latin-inspired brand that combines bold flavors, vibrant culture, and a relentless work ethic. And now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to turn up the heat.
This role exists for one reason: to drive sales. Every campaign, post, partnership, and promotion should lead to more guests walking through our doors (and coming back for more).
If you’re equal parts creative and tactical, love moving fast, and know how to turn a local fundraiser into a packed dining room, keep reading.
What You’ll Own
- Local Store Marketing - You’ll be the mastermind behind hyper-local marketing
plans—tailored strategies for each store, built in partnership with our GMs.
You’ll deploy tools, playbooks, and boots-on-the-ground ideas that boost
traffic today, not six months from now.
-
Fundraisers & Community Events - You’ll build relationships with local schools, sports teams,
and community orgs. From organizing fundraisers to activating at local events,
you’ll help PINCHO show up (and show out) in every neighborhood we serve.
-
Social Media - With help from our content creators, you’ll drive our social
presence forward. Think daily posts, story takeovers, cultural moments, and
behind-the-scenes vibes that scream local flavor. Engagement? You own it.
-
Loyalty & Email Marketing - Grow our loyalty database and keep it engaged with
personalized offers, segmented blasts, and irresistible promotions. You’ll
build the strategy, send the campaigns, and track what drives results.
-
Promo Rollouts - New item drops and LTOs are your moment to shine. From
signage to in-store buzz to digital hype, you’ll make sure every rollout feels
like a party—and moves the sales needle.
-
Calendar & Performance - Work with leadership to manage our marketing calendar. Track
what’s working (and what’s not) and bring a test-and-learn mindset that keeps
us evolving and improving.
