As a Cook, you’ll help bring the Pincho menu to life by preparing high-quality food that meets our standards—every plate, every shift.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines
Set up your workstation with the proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing
Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, etc.)
Arrange, garnish, and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards
Properly store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting excellent guest experiences
Follow all Pincho safety, food handling, and sanitation policies
Support additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Valid Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain one)
Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
