As Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects that underpin our transformation – across POS, Network and Infrastructure, Marketing and CRM, and operational systems. You’ll also line manage a Junior IT Project Manager from day one, giving you real leadership responsibility from the outset.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You won’t always be handed a perfect brief – you’ll help shape it, bring clarity, and drive projects through to go-live and smooth BAU handover in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

•    Owning projects from initiation through to go-live and BAU handover.

•    Line managing and developing a Junior IT Project Manager.

•    Working closely with stakeholders to turn evolving ideas into deliverable plans.

•    Running procurement and vendor selection, and managing supplier deliverables.

•    Managing governance, risks, issues and dependencies with pragmatism and pace.

•    Supporting change, adoption and real-world rollout across our restaurants.

•    Proven experience delivering IT transformation projects end-to-end.

•    Experience within hospitality or another multi-site, customer-facing business.

•    Experience line managing or mentoring junior project management resource.

•    Confidence working with ambiguity, pace and competing priorities.

•    Strong stakeholder, vendor and RFI/RFP management skills.

•    Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.

•    Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile or another recognised methodology (certification desirable).
