   Our fantastic Southport restaurant is looking to hire a passionate hospitality superstar, who will share responsibilities in our kitchen and restaurant. We have a true 'One Team' approach here at Prezzo, and we would love to meet you to discuss joining us.

The Role
We are looking for a bit of an All Rounder to join our Prezzo Family who has leadership and ability to support team performance and ensure our site is consistent in everything it does.
As a Prezzo All Rounder you will:

• Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
• Support your kitchen and our General Manager, on occasion taking the lead with all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.
• Work closely with our front and back of house teams.
• Be able to work in an often fast-paced environment.
• Have the desire to grow your skills and career.
• Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian dining experience.
• Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Where is the restaurant?
Located in the heart of the popular Victorian seaside town of Southport, within easy reach of the beach and pier and close to local shops and bars. Set out over two floors of an impressive period building and former bank, Prezzo Southport retains many of its original features. Light from the large picture windows compliments the fresh, contemporary decor, and in the evening soft lighting gives the restaurant a relaxed and intimate feel.
