THE ROLE

• As a Head Chef you will:
• Oversee your kitchen
• Make sure the service run smoothly
• Lead the chef team by example
• Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
• Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

We opened our first restaurant in New Oxford Street, London, in 2000. Since then, we’ve become one of the most well-known and loved Italian dining restaurants on the high street. We’re all about bringing people together to enjoy delicious Italian classics, in beautiful settings – whatever the occasion.

Located in Anchor Square, the restaurant is next door to the Bristol Aquarium and @Bristol. Parking is available in the Millennium Car Park which can be found close by. The building that Prezzo occupies in Anchor Square is known for its large circular brick chimney, the building was originally built in 1884 as a lead works.
