Prezzo Italian has been bringing the Italian classics to towns and cities across the UK since 2000. For our 25th birthday we gave it a fresh start: a brand-new look, beautifully redesigned restaurants, and a menu built around the dishes people love, made fresh and cooked properly.

The roles

These are fixed-term roles over the festive season. Choose the one that suits you when you apply, and we'll match you to where you'll shine.

• Front of House Team Member: welcome guests, recommend dishes and drinks, and look after every table.
• Bartender: pour, mix and serve with a smile, and keep the festive drinks flowing. You'll need to be 18 or over.

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following our procedures every time.
• Look after Christmas parties and groups so everyone has a brilliant time.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar so every plate and drink goes out right.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy, and keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests.

• A friendly, confident way with people.
• Energy and a positive attitude, even on the busiest nights. Availability across the festive season, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience is great, but it isn't essential.
• Your personality matters most, and we'll teach you the rest.
