Location Description

Please note: This role is based in Guernsey and requires relocation. It is not a UK-based position.

? The Role

As Sous Chef, you will:

  • Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, professional kitchen

  • Deliver high-quality, seasonal dishes with consistency

  • Lead and motivate the brigade during service

  • Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene, and cost control standards

  • Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development

  • Competitive salary of £33,000 – £35,000
