Location:                    Puttshack Venue

Hours:                         45 hours per week including 1-hour break per day. 

Reporting to:             Head of Sales

Role:                         

We are looking for a Sales Executive in our venue, who will be responsible for answering our inbound calls and picking up our enquirers from our booking system. You will convert enquirers through to bookings, maximising SPH through up-selling and minimum spends, manage your enquirers through to completion including pre-orders and payments so a good attention to detail is essential.

Key Areas of responsibility

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and online enquiries.
  • Ensure guests receive the ultimate Puttshack experience by offering the most appropriate products and setup available based on their requirements
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Maximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and upselling
  • Ensure every detail of a customer’s reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures 

 Who you are: 

  • An outgoing individual with a bubbly and positive personality
  • Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively via phone and email
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional organisational and administration skills with a superior attention to detail
  • A self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and create professional, sustainable relationships
  • A fast learner with a proactive approach 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience using a CRM system
  • Currently an overachieving sales executive ready to take the next step up or a current senior sales executive looking for a new challenge
  • Preferably with experience in the hospitality sector
